About this Fundraiser
I will be running the Chicago Half Marathon on Sunday, September 11, 2011, with Team Demand for Gateway for Cancer Research. As a stakeholder with Cancer Treatment Centers of America, as well as an occasional participant in fundraising runs, I finally have an opportunity to raise awareness and hopefully some funds for a great organization.Whether the donation is a flat amount, tied to the length of the run (13.1 miles), or some form of a time challenge, any amount is very much appreciated.Like so many, cancer has touched my life in a number of ways.
